About

"404 AQUARIUM" is a demonstration project aimed at urban development utilizing spatial computing. STYLY was responsible for planning, production, and platform provision, while MESON handled the UI/UX design and content planning & production.

When the content is activated in front of the 404 Not Found LED display, an aquarium appears, allowing fish to move seamlessly between the LED screen and the real world.

Execution

This project expands the typical experience of "watching an LED display" into an immersive experience where "objects within the video appear to leap into the real world" using Apple Vision Pro.

By scanning real-world information such as room structure and ambient lighting and reflecting it in digital content, we enhance realism—such as the texture of sharks—leveraging the unique capabilities of Apple Vision Pro to create a surprising and emotionally engaging experience.

STYLY has presented us with the following project plan this project.

A Spatial Computing Era Customer Experience Linking LED Displays and Apple Vision Pro

As spatial computing technology integrates into everyday life, it is expected that experiences seamlessly blending reality and digital will emerge through the interaction of urban media such as LED displays with spatial computing devices.

For commercial facilities, convenience stores, and other retail spaces, this approach offers benefits such as:

  • Delivering immersive and rich shopping experiences that are not limited by physical space.
  • Enhancing promotional experiences that increase purchase motivation.

Through this content, we propose a new form of customer experience by integrating Apple Vision Pro with digital displays, envisioning the future of retail and lifestyle.
